I was pleasantly surprised by the buffet at Fusion! It offered an abundance of flavor without being too overwhelming. The butter chicken, biryani, and okra were perfectly spiced, creating a slow, deep burn that was nicely balanced with the rice and fresh naan. The mango dessert was an exceptional finish to the meal, easily one of the best I've had at a buffet. For just $30, which included two drinks, buffets, and tip, the value was incredible. We're definitely planning to return!

I had a wonderful experience at the dinner buffet, where I absolutely loved 70% of the items on offer. It was my first buffet experience, and it largely exceeded my expectations. Although the dessert, a unique blend of melted mango ice cream with fruits, might benefit from a bit of tweaking, the overall meal was delightful. The staff's demeanor truly stood out. Their humble and polite approach made our dining experience even more enjoyable. While it's worth noting that soft beverages like coke and sprite aren't included in the buffet and need to be purchased separately, the inclusion of tea was a pleasant surprise that I particularly enjoyed. All in all, it was a memorable dining experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a delightful experience at the dinner buffet, where I thoroughly enjoyed 70% of the dishes offered. It was my first buffet experience, and while most of the food was exceptional, I feel the dessert section, particularly the mango ice cream with fruits, could be improved. The staff's humble and polite demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. One point to note for future visitors is that soft beverages like coke and sprite are not included in the buffet and need to be purchased separately, though they do include a delightful tea, which I absolutely loved!

I recently visited this restaurant after a day at Six Flags and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The buffet, tried by my husband, offered a fantastic variety without compromising on quality. He was particularly impressed by the chicken karahi. A friend of mine chose the veggie pizza, while I opted for the supreme. Both were generously portioned, remarkably non-greasy, and topped with flavorful ingredients. The availability of halal beef sausage and other meat toppings was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance of the place was perfect – calm and serene, ideal for unwinding after a long, exhausting day. But what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff, especially Faisal, were incredibly kind and attentive. Faisal even offered us a taste of their Falooda shots with homemade ice cream in flavors like mango, pistachio, and rose – a delightful treat that alone is worth a return visit!
